How It Works
Job Orders are placed by our Customers to a GDS Representative. We attempt to gather as much information about the assignment: duties, qualifications, location, length of assignment, type of industry, pay rate etc. A GDS Representative then searches our database or recruits to find the candidate that best fits the job description of work required by the Customer. We then offer the assignment. Some Customers like to interview some candidates. Usually, these are assignments that are longer in nature. GDS makes all final hiring/firing decisions, input from Customers is considered.
