Gail Darling

President

Gail Darling was born and raised in Washington D.C. but after 30 years in the southwest she is a Texan for life. In 1986 Gail founded the company that became the largest private employer in El Paso, TX with over 5,000 associate workers. Gail sold assets for the company in 2003 and two years later opened Gail Darling Staffing in Albuquerque, NM and re-opened an office in El Paso in 2006. She has since moved the home office to Austin, TX. Gail holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Maryland.

Organization involment: She is a past Director and Chairman of the Dallas Federal Reserve- El Paso Branch, past President of the Texas Association of Staffing, and past President of YPO- EL Paso/Juarez Chapter.

Justin Upshaw

Business Development Manager

Justin Upshaw was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. He has over 4 years of experience in the areas of business development/account management within the recruiting and staffing industries. Justin focuses on cultivating client relationships and giving optimal customer service to all of his clients. In his spare time Justin enjoys playing and singing music as well as staying active. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Public Relations from Baylor University.
